Anyone with a warm connection to a potential client can participate. This includes agency owners, consultants, fractional executives, freelancers, investors, advisors, and community builders. If you know founders or decision-makers who need product development, you're a great fit.

The commission percentage is based on the total revenue Neuverra generates from the referred client. The exact rate (10%, 12%, 15%, etc.) depends on the deal size, engagement length, and complexity. We'll discuss and agree on the specific percentage after understanding the project scope.

Commission is recurring across all engagements with the referred client, not just the first project. If the client continues working with us on additional projects, you continue earning. Your commission applies to the entire client relationship you helped establish.

Payouts are milestone-based and aligned with when the client pays us. When Neuverra receives payment from the referred client for completed milestones, your commission is processed accordingly. This ensures transparency and keeps our incentives fully aligned.

No active delivery involvement is required. Your primary role is making the warm introduction and being available for key negotiation and onboarding calls. Once the project kicks off, Neuverra handles all execution, project management, and client communication.

Absolutely! There's no limit to the number of clients you can refer. Each referral is tracked independently, and you'll earn commission on all successful engagements. The more quality referrals you make, the more you can earn.
